Especialista em relações institucionais e desenvolvimento de projetos no campo da cultura, ciências e responsabilidade social, atua na concepção, execução e reestruturação de programas socioculturais com impacto coletivo, sempre a partir de uma lente interseccional, antirracista e comprometida com a equidade.
Ao longo de sua trajetória, trabalhou com projetos que envolvem múltiplos stakeholders — incluindo empresas, instituições públicas e organizações da sociedade civil — desenvolvendo forte capacidade de articulação, organização e execução. Sua atuação é centrada em apoiar projetos a saírem do papel e ganharem consistência, organizando fluxos, conectando pessoas e garantindo entregas.
É bacharela em Relações Internacionais e pós-graduanda em História da África e Diáspora Africana pelo Instituto de Pesquisa e Memória Pretos Novos. Atualmente, organiza essa experiência por meio da Rukiva Soluções Criativas e Estratégicas, apoiando organizações na estruturação e gestão de projetos do planejamento à execução.

Throughout her career, she has worked on projects involving multiple stakeholders—including companies, public institutions, and civil society organizations—developing strong articulation, organizational, and execution skills. Her work focuses on supporting projects to move from planning to implementation and gain consistency, organizing workflows, connecting people, and ensuring deliverables.
She holds a bachelor's degree in International Relations and is a postgraduate student in African History and the African Diaspora at the Instituto de Pesquisa e Memória Pretos Novos. Currently, she organizes this experience through Rukiva Soluções Criativas e Estratégicas, supporting organizations in the structuring and management of projects from planning to execution.
