Executive summary of the socio-territorial diagnosis carried out jointly by the Neighbors of Tomorrow (Museum of Tomorrow) and Neighbors of the Sea (Rio Art Museum - MAR) programs. The main objective of the research was to deepen the integration between the two cultural institutions and the communities of the Port Zone of Rio de Janeiro, specifically in the Little Africa territory. The diagnosis sought to profile the residents, identify their cultural consumption habits, and evaluate the integration of the museums into the daily life of the neighborhood, providing input to improve the programs' actions and the cultural programming of the facilities themselves.
O sumário executivo do diagnóstico socioterritorial realizado de forma conjunta pelos programas Vizinhos do Amanhã (Museu do Amanhã) e Vizinhos do Mar (Museu de Arte do Rio - MAR). O objetivo principal da pesquisa foi aprofundar a integração entre as duas instituições culturais e as comunidades da Zona Portuária do Rio de Janeiro, especificamente no território da Pequena África. O diagnóstico buscou traçar o perfil dos moradores, identificar seus hábitos de consumo cultural e avaliar a inserção dos museus no cotidiano da vizinhança, fornecendo insumos para aprimorar as ações dos programas e a própria programação cultural dos equipamentos.
