Brazilian inventiveness surprises and inspires. It's no coincidence that Joana D’arc Félix is one of the participants in the seminar "Inovanças: Innovation Made in Brazil". A Brazilian with a PhD from Harvard, she overcame hunger and prejudice and currently has 56 awards in her career. She developed an artificial skin that can help in the recovery from burns in humans. An offshoot of the temporary exhibition "Inovanças - Brazilian Creations", the event took place on August 16th, from 9:30 am to 2:30 pm, and was organized by the Museum of Tomorrow in partnership with Finep - Innovation and Research.
