The event corresponds to the 20th edition of the "Evidence of Black Cultures" program, entitled "Racism, Ableism, and Self-Care," held by the Museum of Tomorrow in commemoration of the National Day of Struggle for People with Disabilities. The conversation brought together Isadora Nascimento, blogger and law graduate, and Rafaela Vale, educator, doula, and presenter for TV INES, to discuss how to break down prevailing archetypes and build more just, effective, and inclusive health, well-being, and institutional practices, addressing the intersections between racism, ableism, and self-care.
