Description
Part 2 of the Cosmic Horizons exhibition installation, entitled "Cosmology," features an interactive table in the shape of a half-ovoid, containing an informative text on the subject and a touch screen.
The interactive exhibit presents concepts about cosmology, the universe, physics, the solar system, the Milky Way, the Local Group, the Virgo Supercluster, the Laniakea Supercluster, ancient cosmogonies, heliocentrism, geocentrism, Ptolemy's Cosmos, Newton's infinite universe, Einstein's relativity, the expanding universe, the Special Theory of Relativity (1905), the General Theory of Relativity (1907), Hubble's Deep Field, the Big Bang, the Beginning of Time, the Planck Era, the Great Inflation, protons and neutrons, atomic nuclei, the first atoms, stars, galaxies, planet Earth, humanity, the future, the Quantum Vacuum, the Great Bounce, String Theory, and other theories.

Parte 2 da instalação expositiva Horizontes Cósmicos, intitulada "Cosmologia", apresenta uma mesa interativa em formato de meio ovóide, contendo um texto informativo sobre o tema e uma tela touch. COSMOLOGY
Cosmology is a discipline of science, born mostly from the concepts of Albert Einstein's Theory of General Relativity and observations of deep astronomy, which studies the composition, structure and evolution of the Totality, the astronomical Universe as a broader expression of Nature.

A Cosmologia é a disciplina da ciência que - a partir dos conceitos da Teoria da Relatividade Geral de Albert Einstein e das observações da astronomia profunda - estuda a composição, a estrutura e a evolução da Totalidade, o Universo astronômico como expressão mais abrangente da Natureza.
