A Cátedra UNESCO em Bem-Estar Planetário e Antecipação Regenerativa, enquadrada no campo de Alfabetização em Futuros (do inglês, Futures Literacy), é fruto de uma parceria entre o Museu do Amanhã e a Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro.
O Projeto UNESCO em Alfabetização em Futuros, representa um esforço contínuo para engajar e capacitar as pessoas na transformação da governança humana, em direção a modelos mais desejáveis e inclusivos que valorizem a diversidade biológica e cultural.
Sendo a primeira Cátedra UNESCO sediada em um museu, ela se destaca por acessar e engajar um público amplo e diversificado. O objetivo central da Cátedra é estabelecer a Alfabetização em Futuros como uma competência essencial do século XXI, promovendo uma compreensão mais profunda sobre o papel do futuro nas ações do presente.

The UNESCO Chair in Planetary Well-being and Regenerative Anticipation, framed within the field of Futures Literacy, is the result of a partnership between the Museum of Tomorrow and the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro.
The UNESCO Futures Literacy Project represents an ongoing effort to engage and empower people in transforming human governance towards more desirable and inclusive models that value biological and cultural diversity.
Being the first UNESCO Chair based in a museum, it stands out for accessing and engaging a broad and diverse audience. The central objective of the Chair is to establish Futures Literacy as an essential 21st-century competence, promoting a deeper understanding of the role of the future in present actions.
