The event corresponds to the 22nd edition of the "Evidence of Black Cultures" program, entitled "Quilombamento," held by the Museum of Tomorrow, being the last edition of 2020, moderated by Kelly Vilela. The conversation featured Léo Santos Hairstyle, entrepreneur and specialist in Afro hair from Salvador, and Moreira Nascimento, founder of the startup Josefina Colab, which works with marginalized women in Rio de Janeiro. The debate addressed the concept of quilombamento as a fortification and union of Black people, going beyond a trend to constitute itself as vital energy and ancestral resistance. The guests shared their entrepreneurial journeys, discussed the importance of occupying spaces, valuing Black self-esteem, and using the conventional system to incorporate ancestral knowledge and Afro-entrepreneurship. The program also included sign language interpreters and reaffirmed its commitment to the UN's 2030 Agenda.
