The event corresponds to an edition of the program "Evidence of Black Cultures," entitled "Black Childhood with Grandma Cici and Kemla Baptista," presented by Shell and held by the Museum of Tomorrow. In this edition, the master storyteller Grandma Cici and the writer and storyteller Kemla Baptista discussed Black childhood as a starting point to reflect on the importance of storytelling. The debate began with the questions: "Where do the fables that our children hear come from? What are the colors, values, and flavors that season these tales?" It was highlighted that the act of storytelling is an ancestral legacy that empowers actions in the world, and it is fundamental that this tool be present in children's daily lives during the construction of their worldview.
